Property Survey Committee

Purpose

The CSUF Property Survey Committee is responsible for determining whether the disposal of surplus property is in the best interest of the state. Committee approval is required for the disposition of capitalized and non-capitalized equipment deemed to be tracked or tagged.

At least two committee members must approve all property survey and property transfer reports prior to the completion of the disposition transaction.

Committe Members

The Property Survey Committee (PSC) shall be comprised of representatives from the following campus departments:

  • Information Technology Asset Management – John King, Manager of Asset Management; Data Center

  • Contracts and Procurement – Alex Rosales, Associate Director of Contracts & Procurement
  • Capital Programs & Facilities Management – Madison Grater, Director of Administration for CPFM
  • Office of Sponsored Programs – Sydney Dawes, Director of Sponsored Programs for ASC
  • Division of Information Technology – Ryan Dickey, Project Manager
  • Accounting Services and Financial Reporting – Dawit Haile, Accountant
  • Academic Affairs – Jacki Drumm, Director, Academic Scheduling & Space Management
  • University Police Department – Corporal Anthony Renteria
